Texas Education Code § 39A.156
Cancellation of Management Contract
Accountability Interventions and Sanctions · Alternative Management
If a campus receives an unacceptable performance rating for two consecutive school years after a managing entity assumes management of the campus, the commissioner shall cancel the contract with the managing entity.
