Texas Education Code § 49.152
Options for Local Revenue Levels in Excess of Entitlement · Purchase of Attendance Credit
The amount of credit purchased decreases the dollar amount of a district's local revenue level for purposes of determining whether the district exceeds the level established under Section 48.257.
