Texas Education Code § 51.400
Provisions Generally Applicable to Higher Education · Guidelines for Academic and Other Reports by Institutions of Higher Education
In this subchapter:
(1) "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
(2) "General academic teaching institution," "institution of higher education," and "public junior college" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003.
