Provisions Generally Applicable to Higher Education · Partnerships Between Community/Junior Colleges and Other Institutions of Higher Education

The community/junior college shall receive state appropriations on the same formula basis as other community/junior colleges, and the other participating institution of higher education shall receive state appropriations on the same formula basis as other similar institutions of higher education.
