Tuition and Fees · Prepaid Tuition Unit Undergraduate Education Program: Texas Tomorrow Fund II
The registration requirements of The Securities Act (Title 12, Government Code) do not apply to the sale of a prepaid tuition contract by the board or by a registered securities dealer or registered investment adviser.
