Application of General Appropriations Act Riders

Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board · Tuition Equalization Grants

Those riders in the General Appropriations Act that apply to expenditure of state funds at state-supported colleges and universities shall also apply to expenditure of state funds at any college or university attended by a student receiving aid under this subchapter.
