Texas Education Code § 61.701
Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board · Repayment of Certain Teacher and Faculty Education Loans
The board may provide, in accordance with this subchapter and board rules, assistance in the repayment of student loans for persons who apply and qualify for the assistance.
