Texas Estates Code § 1054.101
Court Officers, Court-Appointed Persons, and Attorneys · Court Visitors
The Legislature has enacted more than one Estates Code section numbered 1054.101. This is version 1, in Subchapter C.
This subchapter does not apply to a guardianship created only because the appointment of a guardian for a person is necessary for the person to receive funds from a governmental source.
