Texas Estates Code § 1054.203
Court Officers, Court-Appointed Persons, and Attorneys · Qualifications to Serve as Attorney
The Legislature has enacted more than one Estates Code section numbered 1054.203. This is version 1, in Subchapter E.
An attorney whose certificate issued under this subchapter has expired must obtain a new certificate to be eligible for appointment by a court to represent a person at a guardianship proceeding, including as an attorney ad litem.
