Texas Estates Code § 1151.005
Rights, Powers, and Duties under Guardianship · Rights, Powers, and Duties in General
The guardian of the person or of the estate of a ward may not be excluded from attending a legal proceeding in which the ward is:
(1) a party; or
(2) participating as a witness.
