Texas Finance Code § 154.201
Prepaid Funeral Services · Insurance-Funded Prepaid Funeral Benefits
A seller may not solicit an individual's designation of prepaid funeral benefits to be paid from an insurance policy, unless the insurance policy meets the requirements of Section 154.2021.
