Texas Finance Code § 204.206
Effect of Revoked Registration
Foreign Banks · Representative Offices of Foreign Bank
A foreign bank that has had its registration under this subchapter revoked shall cease all activities in this state. Continued activity in this state of an unregistered foreign bank is subject to Subchapter C, Chapter 35.
