Texas Finance Code § 351.0022
Property Tax Lenders · General Provisions
Except as specifically permitted by this chapter or Chapter 32, Tax Code, a property owner may not waive or limit a requirement imposed on a property tax lender by this chapter or Chapter 32, Tax Code.
