Texas Government Code § 30.00421
Municipal Courts of Record · Grand Prairie
(a) This subchapter applies to the City of Grand Prairie.
(b) In this subchapter, "appellate courts" means the county criminal courts of Dallas County that have criminal appellate jurisdiction.
