Texas Human Resources Code § 31.004
Financial Assistance and Service Programs · Eligibility for Financial Assistance and Services
The Department of Family and Protective Services may accept and spend funds available from any source to provide foster care in facilities approved by the Department of Family and Protective Services for dependent children who meet the specifications set out in Section 31.002(b).
