Texas Human Resources Code § 31.038
Financial Assistance and Service Programs · Administration of Financial Assistance and Services
The commission may cancel financial assistance benefits that have not been spent within a reasonable period of time after issuance. The cancellation must be performed in the manner required by rules of the comptroller.
