Texas Human Resources Code § 42.251
Regulation of Certain Facilities, Homes, and Agencies That Provide Child-Care Services · Regulation of Certain General Residential Operations
This subchapter applies only to a general residential operation that:
(1) provides care for seven or more children or young adults; and
(2) provides treatment services for children or young adults with emotional disorders.
