Texas Human Resources Code § 48.206
Investigations and Protective Services for Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities · Provision of Services; Emergency Protection
If the elderly person or person with a disability receiving the protective services is determined to be financially able to contribute to the payments for those services, the provider shall receive a reasonable reimbursement from the person's assets.
