Texas Human Resources Code § 81.020
Functions of Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services Relating to Persons Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
The department may not advertise, distribute, or publish the name or address or other related information received by the department about an individual who applies for assistance regarding telecommunications devices.
