Designation of Beneficiaries
Stipulated Premium Insurance Companies · Contents of Applications and Policies
The designation of a beneficiary under a life insurance policy issued by a stipulated premium company must comply with Subchapter B, Chapter 1103, and Subchapter A, Chapter 1104.
