Texas Natural Resources Code § 52.014
Oil and Gas · Lease of Public School and Gulf Land
The date for opening bids to lease areas covered by this subchapter shall be set and notice of the date shall be given in the manner provided in Sections 32.105 and 32.107 of this code.
