Texas Natural Resources Code § 86.142
Regulation of Natural Gas · Meter and Pressure Tests
A test to determine the deliverability and pressure of a gas well shall be made:
(1) under uniform and generally recognized methods; and
(2) under rules prescribed by the commission.
