Texas Occupations Code § 1051.206
Texas Board of Architectural Examiners; General Provisions Affecting Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers; Provisions Affecting Only Architects Article 1. General Provisions; Board of Architectural Examiners · Board Powers and Duties
(a) The board shall adopt a seal and shall use the seal on official documents.
(b) The design of the seal must include a five-pointed star with a circular border and the words "Texas Board of Architectural Examiners" within the border.
