Reinstatement

Texas Board of Architectural Examiners; General Provisions Affecting Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers; Provisions Affecting Only Architects Article 1. General Provisions; Board of Architectural Examiners · General Disciplinary Procedures

The board may issue or reinstate a certificate of registration under this section to an applicant who:

(1) pays all fees and costs incurred by the board as a result of any proceeding that led to the denial, revocation, or suspension; and

(2) presents evidence to support the issuance or reinstatement of the certificate.
