Texas Board of Architectural Examiners; General Provisions Affecting Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers; Provisions Affecting Only Architects Article 1. General Provisions; Board of Architectural Examiners · Administrative Penalty

(a) If the person requests a hearing or fails to respond timely to notice under Section 1051.453(c), the board shall set a hearing and give notice of the hearing to the person.

(b) A proceeding under this section relating to an architect, a landscape architect, or an interior designer is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.
