Texas Board of Architectural Examiners; General Provisions Affecting Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers; Provisions Affecting Only Architects Article 1. General Provisions; Board of Architectural Examiners · Other Penalties and Enforcement Provisions

(a) A violation of this subtitle shall be reported to the board.

(b) The board shall ensure that enforcement action is taken against a person who violates this subtitle.
