Texas Occupations Code § 1105.008
Self-Directed and Semi-Independent Status of Texas Real Estate Commission
(a) The office of the attorney general shall represent the agency in any litigation.
(b) The attorney general may assess and collect from the agency reasonable attorney's fees associated with any litigation under this section.
