Texas Occupations Code § 1151.101
Property Tax Professionals · Duties of Commission, Executive Director, Department, and Advisory Board
The commission, with the advice of the board, shall establish fees under this chapter in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administering the programs and activities under this chapter.
