Commission and Race Meeting Official Powers and Duties · Regulation, Supervision, and Licensing Relating to Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing
(a) Judicial review of a commission order is under the substantial evidence rule.
(b) Venue for judicial review of a commission order is in a district court in Travis County.
