Employment of Other Racetrack Officials
Commission and Race Meeting Official Powers and Duties · Employment of and Supervision by Race Meeting Officials
The racetrack association shall appoint, with the commission's approval, all racetrack officials other than the officials listed in Section 2023.104. Compensation for officials not compensated by the commission is determined by the racetrack association.
