Earliest Date for Holding Election
Local Option Election to Legalize Pari-Mutuel Wagering · Rescission Election
A rescission election may not be held before the second anniversary of the date of the election conducted under Section 2035.012 at which the legalization of pari-mutuel wagering was approved.
