Deposit of Revenue

Sale or Lease of Motor Vehicles · Board Powers and Duties

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, all money collected by the board under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.
