Texas Occupations Code § 2301.303
Sale or Lease of Motor Vehicles · License Expiration and Renewal
A dealer shall renew the dealer's license on an application prescribed by the department. The department shall include in the renewal application a request for disclosure of material changes described by Section 2301.257.
