Texas Occupations Code § 2309.102
Used Automotive Parts Recyclers · Powers and Duties of Commission and Department
(a) The commission shall adopt rules for licensing used automotive parts recyclers.
(b) The commission by rule shall adopt standards of conduct for license holders under this chapter.
