Texas Occupations Code § 2309.402
Limits on Operation of Heavy Machinery
Used Automotive Parts Recyclers · Motor Vehicle Salvage Yards in Certain Counties
(a) A used automotive parts recycler may not operate heavy machinery in a used automotive parts recycling facility between the hours of 7 p.m. of one day and 7 a.m. of the following day.
(b) This section does not apply to conduct necessary to a sale or purchase by the recycler.
