Texas Occupations Code § 2310.056
Motor Fuel Metering and Quality · Standard Measures for Motor Fuel
A person violates this chapter if the person or the person's representative or agent sells or offers or exposes for sale a quantity of motor fuel that is less than the quantity the person represents.
