Texas Occupations Code § 402.208
Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers · License and Permit Requirements
The department shall issue a license to an apprentice permit holder when the department has received sufficient evidence that the apprentice permit holder has met all the licensing requirements of this chapter.
