Texas Occupations Code § 402.5521
Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers · Enforcement Provisions
The commission or executive director may order a license holder to pay a refund to a consumer who returns a hearing instrument during the 30-day trial period required by rules adopted under Section 402.1021.
