Texas Occupations Code § 505.405
Grounds for Refusing Renewal
Social Workers · Renewal of License and Order of Recognition of Specialty
The executive council may refuse to renew the license of a person who fails to pay an administrative penalty imposed under Subchapter H, Chapter 507, unless enforcement of the penalty is stayed or a court has ordered that the administrative penalty is not owed.
