Reinstatement of Suspended License

Crematory Services, Funeral Directing, and Embalming · Commission Powers and Duties

A person whose license has been suspended may renew the license by paying to the commission a renewal fee that is equal to two times the normally required renewal fee in addition to any penalty assessed by the commission.
