Reprimand

Crematory Services, Funeral Directing, and Embalming · Disciplinary Actions and Procedures and License Denials

The commission may, after a hearing as provided by Section 651.506 or without a hearing if the person waives a hearing, reprimand a person regulated under this chapter if the commission determines that the person violated this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.
