Texas Occupations Code § 801.021
Veterinarians · Temporary Regulation by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
In this subchapter:
(1) "Commission" means the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation.
(2) "Department" means the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
