Texas Occupations Code § 953.162
Regulation of for-Profit Legal Service Contract Companies · Practice by Legal Service Contract Companies
A company may appoint an administrator or designate a person to be responsible for:
(1) all or any part of the administration or sale of legal service contracts; and
(2) compliance with this chapter.
