Interest Rate and Maturity of Bonds

Road Districts · Road District in Adjoining Counties

Bonds issued under this subchapter shall mature not later than the 40th anniversary of the date of their issuance and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed that provided by Chapter 1204, Government Code.
