Conveyance to County

Causeways, Bridges, Tunnels, Turnpikes, Ferries, and Highways in Certain Counties · General Provisions

The governing body of a political subdivision or agency of this state may convey title or right and easements to property needed by a county for a project under this chapter without advertisement.
