Applicability of Subchapter

Causeways, Bridges, Tunnels, Turnpikes, Ferries, and Highways in Certain Counties · Unauthorized Use of Toll Roads in Certain Counties

This subchapter applies only to:

(1) a county with a population of more than 3.3 million; or

(2) a county adjacent to a county with a population of more than 3.3 million.
