Sale of Bonds or Notes

Municipal Toll Bridges Over Rio Grande · General Authority Relating to Toll Bridges

A municipality may sell bonds or notes issued under this subchapter in the manner and on the terms provided by the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the bonds or notes.
