Highway Beautification on Interstate and Primary Systems and Certain Roads · Regulation of Commercial Signs Generally
The commission's responsibility for the regulation of commercial signs is only on highways on the interstate and primary systems, including interstate highways, state highways, and farm-to-market roads.
