Texas Transportation Code § 451.104
Investment Powers: Certain Authorities
Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authorities · Management of Authority
An authority created before 1980 and in which the principal municipality has a population of less than 1.9 million has the same investment powers as an entity under Subchapter A, Chapter 2256, Government Code.
