Change of Budgeting Policy

Regional Transportation Authorities · Subregional Board in Subregion Having Principal Municipality with Population of More Than 1.1 Million

A subregional board may adopt on a two-thirds vote of the board a budgeting policy for the authority that provides for the adoption and implementation of a budget that extends for two fiscal years, with annual reviews as needed.
